Situated in the hills of Marin County, the Buck offers a unique setting and state-of-the-art facilities that inspire innovation and promote intellectual challenge. Full-time employees receive a generous vacation and sick leave plan, in addition to 10 paid holidays and 5 paid days for Winter Break.

Insurance protection?

Basic life insurance up to a maximum of $250,000 is standard, with the ability to purchase additional voluntary coverage.

Financial planning?

You are immediately eligible to contribute to our tax-deferred 401(k) plan, and the Institute matches up to 5 percent after your one-year anniversary.

Family support?

Eligible employees receive paid maternity leave (up to 6 weeks) and parental leave (up to 8 weeks after one year of employment). We also offer Childcare Assistance for families with children under 13 years of age.
