Need a day off?

Full-time employees receive a generous vacation and sick leave plan, in addition to 10 paid holidays and 5 paid days for Winter Break.

Prioritize your health?

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans as well as pre-tax dependent care and health care reimbursement accounts.

Insurance protection?

Basic life insurance up to a maximum of $250,000 is standard, with the ability to purchase additional voluntary coverage.

Unexpected disability?

We offer basic short- and long-term coverage (at no cost to you) for non-work-related disability.

Financial planning?

You are immediately eligible to contribute to our tax-deferred 401(k) plan, and the Institute matches up to 5 percent after your one-year anniversary.

Everyone can access our Employee Assistance Program, which provides short-term confidential counseling, financial planning assistance, legal advice, and more.

Family support?

Eligible employees receive paid maternity leave (up to 6 weeks) and parental leave (up to 8 weeks after one year of employment). We also offer Childcare Assistance for families with children under 13 years of age.
